Kayo and Tsuji kun
Whats in the small space behind the cupboard door under the stairs???

Would you believe an adult and 3 children!
That pretty much set the tone of the days events and there was a fair amount of drinking, eating and heaps of uncontrollable laughter by all as we celebrated the marriage of Kayo and Tsuji kun.

Susan,Kaori,Kayo,Tsuji kun,Grace and Graeme,K,Trinity and Mana.

OK some background I met Kayo (and Kaori) when they both came to NZ as part of a group in September of 2000 and ever since then we have been keeping in contact via email and catching up with them (and her friends) when we visit Japan.

Graeme and Susan's house was the venue and with Trinity (6) and Grace(2) in appropriate "princess dresses" these little fairy's /princess added a certain sparkle to the whole thing......Can you imagine it 6,4 and a 2 year old???
Great weather and with LOADS of food,Beer and Wine we all had a great time catching up and celebrating this special time with them.

The "White Icing" Wedding cake......? Yes I know it has a very chocolat-ly dark colour to it.
This was the result of the cake company NOT reading "THERE" instructions properly so the "White Wedding" cake became "Brown (hmmm) cake".......

When we went to pick it up (that afternoon) K and I got into a bit of a "Huff" (me more) and rightly so...............with our options fairly limited and after some careful and very delicate negations K walked out holding a cake box (with said chocolate cake in it) and clutching a fist full of cash and although it wasn't exactly what we wanted/ordered judging by the smile Id say Kayo and Tsuji kun pretty much enjoyed it........and in the end and hey "That's all that mattered............."
Congratulations you two and all the best for the future
