Camping 2

I woke at 0700 this morning to a crisp and decided to take advantage of the still morning light and go for abit of a Tiki tour.
The local wildlife was about (apparently they were there all the time we just were not looking) with signs of deer and wild pigs all around the camping area.
Most of the others were still in that morning slumber when I got back to the cabin but Mana was up and about so as not to disturb the rest we went out for another walk.
It was really nice to explore around with Mana chan and I had on of those "realisation moments" so I asked her when she gets older will she still hang out with Daddy? She said "Yes" :)

After breakfast we all sorta did our own things and while we were walking down the hill to the main camp site.

I froze......Oi,shhhh there is something in the trees.

It was Keiko's first time to see wild monkeys and we all sat memorized just watching them go about there business......or were they watching us?

We hung out for the rest of the morning just "hangin out" taking it all in and after lunch we headed back home.
But before we got home we called in to our friends Ohaka.
Katsu passed away suddenly after a very short and brutal illness in 2004 and was always a "starter" for the "Legendary Camping trip" he is greatly missed by all.
So we stopped in to say "HI" and include him in our camping trips adventures.
